With the Davis Cup in British hands for the first time in decades, the profile of UK tennis has never been higher.
The growth in popularity is being echoed by Peugeot, which has increased its commitment over three decades with a program of support.

PLATINUM PARTNER OF ATP WORLD TOUR

At the beginning of 2016, Peugeot became a Platinum partner of the ATP World Tour as well as the Official Car supplier at more than 20 ATP World Tour tournaments, with some 500 vehicles – 3008 Crossover, 508 Saloon, 5008 and other MPVs that will provide first class transportation services for players, officials, VIPs and special guests to the events.

Peugeot has had an involvement in tennis for more than three decades, and counts ATP World No.1 Novak Djokovic, as well as the likes of David Ferrer, Juan Martin del Potro, David Goffin, Jeremy Chardy, Benoit Paire, Tommy Robredo and Gilles Simon among its ambassadors. This latest partnership strengthens Peugeot’s long association with tennis by officially linking its presence in 160 countries with the ATP World Tour’s global footprint.

Off-court, Peugeot have a presence on ATPWorlsTour.com, the No.1 tennis digital portal, and will also become presenting partner of ATP World Tour Uncovered, the Tour’s weekly magazine TV show aired across 170 countries, offering fans unique behind-the-scenes access of the ATP World Tour.

PARTNERSHIP WITH BRITISH TENNIS (LTA)

The three year brand partnership between Peugeot UK and British Tennis (LTA) has the shared mission to help get more people playing tennis more often.

Peugeot UK plans to support this at a grass roots level and to build upon its tennis association by giving support at a local level in the UK.

The brand also becomes  the Official Car of British Tennis (LTA). This agreement see Peugeot providing transportation for both players and officials.

SPONSORSHIP OF JAMIE MURRAY

Peugeot announced its new two year sponsorship deal with Jamie Murray, Britain's No1 doubles tennis player, in November 2015.

Jamie Murray specialises in doubles tennis and is currently ranked as Britain’s No1 Men’s Doubles player - most recently capturing his second Grand Slam title at the Australian Open in January, to go with the mixed doubles title he won at Wimbledon in 2007.

Peugeot is supporting Jamie with his competitive efforts until the end of 2017, which will hopefully see Jamie achieve further victories around the world.

ROLAND GARROS

Peugeot's partnership with Roland-Garros began in 1984, and during the 2015 Roland-Garros French Open, as partner and official transporter, Peugeot fielded a fleet of more than 200 vehicles transporting players, VIPs and the public throughout the event.

In 1989 Peugeot introduced its first Roland-Garros special edition vehicles.

Since then, all of them have been specially developed in partnership with Roland-Garros, and the models chosen have been those that most closely match the image of tennis and the Roland-Garros Open, with the Roland Garros 108 TOP! and the 208 Roland Garros being the latest.
